- 1 / 5By Ricky BobbyWent in and purchased the box of 18 donuts for $25. Went home and found that maybe 3 out of the 18 were actually edible while the others were rock hard and dry. I called Red Dogs and spoke with one of the employees who stated that their baker was "messing up" causing the donuts to be hard... Definitely not the case as even the frosting on the donuts was hard and chipped off and even the marshmallows that were on some were stale and hard. Lady told me she would speak to her manager and took my info down and would call me back... Haven't heard a word since.
They sold me old donuts and tried to blame it on their baker.
Pretty disappointing.. this donuts shop is close to my house and they aren't the cheapest. Next time my kids want donuts I'll have to make the extra drive to Winchells.January 12, 2017
