  The waitress took our order, then told us that our coupon, which says it never expires, was not valid. Apparently it was from the previous owners of the place. We got charged a whole dollar for a dollop of sour cream we had to ask for twice. We had to ask for onions twice too. The manager didn't offer anything to make up for not taking our coupon. We had to ask the waitress for more water when our glasses got empty. Even the restroom was in poor condition. We won't be back.

  Alberto's has been a my family's favourite place to dine out for probably close to 30 years. Yes, they have had their ups and downs over the years regarding quality and service, I can assume due to management changes but that's only speculation. But they have always proven to be one of Greeley's best and I personally have always enjoyed my meal and the service is A+ there's never a wait for a table longer than just a few minutes even though they usually have a full house at dinner and lunch time. The food is delicious, and the Green chili is great, honestly it's a gamble when it comes to how spicy it is. I always order hot if I get green chili, and has ranged from mildly spicy to almost unbearable.(I'm no stranger to spicy food and I can tolerate spicy foods more than the average person) I assume it just depends on who made the batch but I recommend ordering half hot half mild if you're not feelin like taking that gamble. I highly recommend the stuffed smothered sopapilla and the Green Chile fries. Also they make fried ice cream, which is worth the visit in itself.

  Our dinner was outstanding and the service was just as good. We finally have a favorite Mexican restaurant to go to. Our server was Larrisa and she was awesome. Friendly and attentive. We will make the drive from where we live in Loveland to eat here often I'm sure.
  We had an all around great experience.
